Chocolate Vegan Donuts

Donut batter:

3 cups oat flour

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tosp egg replacer

1/2 tsp salt

2 mashed ripe bananas

1/3 cup maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla

1 cup oat milk (you can use whichever plant based milk you enjoy)

 

Mix ingredients and add to a donut tray (I use a silicone donut tray.

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let cool.


Glaze:

1/4 cup peanut butter powder

2 tbsp cocoa powder

3 tbsp maple syrup

Water until desired consistency, spread on donuts!.
